You must provide a valid phone number or email address to create an account. Login is OTP-based — you are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone/email. You must be at least 18 years old to use DearBD.
3. Products & Pricing
All products are sourced from third-party suppliers. Prices are listed in BDT and may change without prior notice. Product images are representative and actual items may vary slightly.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable shipping charges. DearBD reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. DearBD is not liable for delays caused by customs, logistics partners, or force majeure events.
6. Limitation of Liability
DearBD acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not the manufacturer or direct seller. Our liability is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
