Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Perishable goods, custom-made items, and intimate products are non-returnable
- Items damaged during shipping are eligible for return/replacement

Refund Process

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. For exchanges with a price difference, you will be charged or refunded the difference accordingly.
